60kVA Full Genset supply and install

Project scope

The non-profit organisation recognised that it was a major health and safety concearn to have no backup power. If they were to experience a power cut, it could have had detrimental impact to their operations.

To gain a complete understanding of the client’s spec, we attended site for a site survey before providing a quote. With careful consideration, we opted for the CPS60S, CPS-powered diesel generator. This genset is 60kVA and housed into a robust, weatherproofed and soundproofed canopy. The set has a CPS QYI-224E alternator and ComAP Control Module.

We also provided an  ATS-100 Phase – 3PH (Automatic Transfer Switch). This 100Amp ATS allows for seamless integration of power in the event of power failure. Providing convenience for the customer.

Before installing the systems on site, our enginner attended site for a pre-works survey to ensure that the site was prepared for the system installation.

WORKS COMPLETED

Once the site was fully prepared, we delivered the 60kVA geneset to site and began installation. After a sucessfull installation, we completed commissioning and a Site Acceptance Test. We conduct Site Acceptance Testing to fully ensure that the Generator is suitable and capable to do what it should do.

We then completed a full handover to the client, including training on various aspects of how to operate and maintain the system. Following this, we re attended to complete any snagging and answer any furether questions they may ahve had.
