Planning

Instead of a traditional site visit, the client visited our CPS headquarters to collaborate on the design and project requirements. This face-to-face interaction facilitated detailed discussions and quick decisions, which were essential given the tight timeline.

CPS delivered a full turnkey design solution, working directly with the client to ensure every detail—from layout to system specifications met the site’s needs. Since the generators would be installed in a bespoke plant room, precise design was crucial.

We agreed on a lead time of 12-14 weeks, covering design approval, manufacturing, testing, and delivery.

Challenges

Managing the lead time was our most pressing challenge. With strict deadlines, we had to ensure designs were approved and sent to production without delays.

Additionally, the generator room presented spatial constraints. We had to ensure the entire system would fit and operate optimally in the confined space. By involving our design engineers early and coordinating closely with the client, we overcame these challenges successfully.

After-Sales Support

We hosted a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) day, enabling the client to inspect and verify the system’s performance before dispatch. After the sale, we provided technical assistance during the installation phase, ensuring smooth operation on-site.

We continue to support the client to ensure the system runs reliably for years to come.
